I want to thank you for taking the time to read my posts and I hope you enjoy the blogs to come. I plan on getting more in depth about my own struggle with anxiety and my hope in all of this is to break the stigma placed on Mental Health because, today, it is not as accepted as it should be. For those who suffer, know that you are not alone, and you do have the strength to get through this. It ok not to be ok and you should never be ashamed to seek help or talk about your battles. To those who don’t suffer but know someone who does, I ask that you take the time to read my postings because you just may be able to help someone you love who is suffering someday. Enjoy, Loves.
